Returns/Exchanges
Thanks for shopping at Old Havana Cigar Company!

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you.
You have 15 DAYS from the date of purchase to return or exchange your item (subject to the limitations listed below). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Only items that are DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED are eligible for exchange. Defective or damaged items will be exchanged for the same item only.

The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
  1. ​Gift Cards
  2. Used Items
  3. Items which more than 15 days have elapsed from the date of purchase
  4. Items without a receipt or proof of purchase
  5. Sale Items

Cigar Smoking
Only cigars purchased from our store are permitted to be smoked in the lounge. However, you are allowed to bring in your own food and/or beverages to enjoy before or after purchasing.
